どんな人がそんな罰を受けるのかと思えば・・・

Luba Relicさんという84歳になるおばあちゃんだそうです。

医学的理由によって既に免停だったのにもかかわらず
ホンダのシビックにぶっかったそうな。

トンデモなニュースですね。
