ほほーと思った表現

先日、上海に行ったときの機内誌でこんな表現を見つけた。

"The shortening days and the changing colors of the leaves remind us that autumn is here and winter is at the door."

特にどこがどうってことはないんだけど、素敵だなと思いました。
